Here's how it works:
1. You give us a call and schedule a two hour appointment window. That's right, there's no waiting around all day for us to show up.
2. We come out and figure out what's wrong with the unit for a set minimum service fee. Basically, that just covers our time and resources to come out.
3. We'll quote the repairs. If you agree to the repairs, we get them taken care of ASAP (usually, right then and there!) If you decide against the repairs, we'll collect the truck, travel and diagnostic fee and be on our way!
