1. You give us a call and schedule a two hour appointment window. That's right, there's no waiting around all day for us to show up.
2. We come out and do a full inspection of the unit. We test the components, clean the coils, lubricate parts as necessary and let you know if there's anything going on that could pose a problem. It's just like getting a tune-up on your car.
3. If there are any problems, we will quote you for the repairs. You can choose to get the repairs taken care of ASAP (usually, right then and there!) or you can decide against the repairs and we'll collect the $99 and be on our way! No pressure, no hassles.
4. Once your unit is clean and all of the parts are working right, you'll not only save money because the unit will run better and use let energy, but your home will be much more comfortable for you and your family! |
