40 years of service

We’re willing to bet that you don’t spend that much time during any given day thinking about your sewer line or the condition that it may be in. Considering the nature of the job that your sewer line does, though, it is obviously impossible to ignore problems that may develop with it. While having your sewer line cleaned out may be able to resolve some problems, while others may lend themselves to repair, there are situations in which your best bet is to schedule a full sewer line replacement in Fresno, CA. If you do need a new sewer line put into place, call us.

When Is Sewer Line Replacement Advisable?

There are a number of situations in which you may need to have your sewer line replaced. The key is to contact a member of our staff the moment that you have any reason to suspect that there is a problem with your sewer line. That way, we can evaluate the situation and determine if a replacement really is necessary.

  1. Corrosion is one of the most common reasons you may require a sewer line replacement. Once your pipe starts to corrode, there’s no way in which to reverse the damage. While individual leaks may be patched, a corroded pipe is going to cause enough trouble down the line to justify a complete replacement.
  2. Tree root infiltration is another reason you may need a new sewer line. This will largely depend upon how extensively the root system has invaded your sewer line, though. We may be able to effectively clear out any roots and to patch the line as needed. Extensive root systems, though, will mean that you’re better off with a new sewer line.
  3. Total ruptures are, naturally, the most obvious situation in which a sewer line replacement is necessary. If you notice foul-smelling pools on your property, it is likely that you have a sizable rupture in the sewer line. For reasons we don’t need to explain, you’ll want to have that sewer line replaced ASAP.

Let the service specialists at Lee’s Air Conditioning, Heating and Building Performance replace your sewer line.
