What is the Energy Upgrade California® Home Upgrade?
Traditionally, folks have replaced older appliances, heating and cooling systems, windows and doors with better and more efficient equipment. Although these replacements and improvements individually offer increased efficiency, it is time to look at your home as an integrated system. The Home Upgrade program takes a whole-house approach to energy upgrades that will make your home more comfortable, energy efficient and save you money.
As a Participating Contractor, Lee’s Air has received extensive training in the whole-house approach to energy efficiency and can help you determine what Home Upgrade options are best for you. Lee’s Air will even help you fill out the necessary paperwork (rebate/incentive forms) and conduct safety compliance checks.
How does the Home Upgrade program work?
An Energy Upgrade California® Home Upgrade is customized for your home and your needs. The more energy you save, the bigger your rebates and incentives! To begin your Home Upgrade, Lee’s Air will work with you to identify ways to save the most energy. We will conduct a whole-home energy assessment, help you choose which upgrades are best for you and provide a quote for the total project cost including your estimated rebate/incentive amount. Your rebates and incentives depend on the energy savings of your project—up to $5,375 for a 45% increase in efficiency. To learn more give us a call at (559) 227-9569
